I’m sorry you did not have a good experience with it. There is an email address as well as a mailing address on their website so you can contact them. If you did not try contacting them this way yet, I encourage you to try. You might be able to get the situation resolved.

Now we are stuck paying trim over $300 and there is no costumer service!!! Do not subscribe to this service!!!

I had a one time charge on my monthly bill and they factored that in to monthly savings. That means they overcharged me for negotiating and my monthly savings was reduced by this amount. Now they won’t respond to requests to fix it.
It works, but buyer beware.

The charge was for a little over $2 and contacted the credit card company to have the finance charge removed. Thankfully they did and that was the end of that credit card account. Since then, they’ve been sending me offers in the mail to take them up on office for other credit card promotions which I respectfully decline by ripping up the envelope and throwing them in the garbage. 🙂
